Lactose is the sugar in milk. This sugar is digested in the small intestine and is found in milk and its derivatives and as an additive forming part of many other foods. We offer some dairy/lactose free options.
A vegan diet is one that does not include products of animal origin such as meat, fish, milk, cheese, eggs and honey. Some of our meals are fully vegan.
